"The gentlemen here are very kind, honest, up front, and really know their stuff. I got my driveshaft back from them and I was shocked..the quality was amazing! The shaft was painted in very high quality black paint, they sand blasted my yokes to clean them up and to make them look brand new, and the ujoints are all greasable units, not some cheap-os. They ran into a small problem when shortening mine and they got on the phone and communicated with me. Oh, and they got it done in the same day. Super impressed with the guys there and will most definitely be going back in the future!! UPDATE!! 2 years later and the drive shaft they built for me is still going strong, it’s absolutely perfect. It has taken me about 40,000 miles since I left, from Ohio to Florida several times.. then from Florida to the Arctic Ocean in Alaska... and back to Florida. I couldn’t be happier with them, it still looks brand new. UPDATE!! Sold the truck after adding 110,000 on the driveshaft and u-joints and the paint still looked great, and the u-joints were still tight. Couldn’t recommend Trans-Gear enough!"
"I wish I could give them zero stars I recently took my truck there to have some work done. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years there and once again I spent $1000 to have something Fixed. I show up to pick up my truck and they backed it into something or hit something with it, damaging the rear of it and splitting my tire open and are now refusing to pay for the damages done to my truck, I will never be returning this business ever again.."

"Just got my truck back today from a transmission rebuild on a 18 speed eaton fuller so far up to this point everything has been 100% the people here are professional and knowledgeable in this process.. they made me feel secure on their work.. My transmission shift so smooth like its supposed to now .I will give another update in about 3 months to see how my truck performs..I have a good feeling so far I won't be disappointed. Lee"
