"I came here to have my oil changed and possibly get new tires. I need a company that I can trust. Since moving back to the area. I needed to find one. This place was mentioned a view times in Facebook. When I came the staff seemed nice and the shop was clean. However when I asked about getting new tires. The man standing there told me repeatedly I did not need new tires. Since I bought uesd tires and the other company put big gouges in the side walls of those tires and I had a steady leak in my one tire. I wanted new tires. I appreciate him thinking for me and maybe trying to save me money. However. If I ask for tire pricing and want new tires. I don't appreciate being talked over and told what I need. I finally allowed him to plug my tire against my better judgement. Especially since it was a front tire. However the tire still leaks. Just as it did before. And I don't see a plug. After bringing it up. Later. I was told " I thought I seen a dent in your rim bring it back" unfortunately this isn't an option for me. Now to the oil change. Whoever changed my oil over filled so bad and spilled it over my engine and filled up the pan underneath that Everytime I turned I could smell oil burning. I have to take my car to another shop to have it inspected for a possible issue. They instructed me that was what happened. Other people my have had a great experience however for me it was an off day for that shop and I just can not risk damages to my car for another round there. These were two of the most basic things. Also buyee beware. If you do happen to leave a bad review about your experience. Their employee's will hunt you down and find where you work and leave a bad review for you as well. Trying to get you fired. That is definitely a good reason not to return. Definitely do not feel safe.Happy to provide photos of the review left for me. I am ok with getting a bad review is I provided a bad service and not profirmed my job as I should from someone who actually used my services. However he did not. ."

"We took our car to Grace Automotive being there’s an issue with acceleration, a major issue. In short they call us & tell us the problem is our transmission, which makes ZERO sense. I had a car with a bad transmission & the issue we are having is NOTHING like that. My car with the bad transmission would shake after I reached around 50 MPH, The gas peddle had a lot of give to it & it was just not stable. Our car now when you hit the Gas peddle just doesn’t wanna go. It barely wants to reach 30 MPH & you have to be very VERY gentle when hitting the gas. But, we noticed when we put premium gas into the tank it drives beautifully until we reach close to half a tank then back to has it was. IF, it was the transmission it wouldn’t work right at ALL. So these guys obviously don’t know what they’re talking about or they just show favoritism to certain people & their automobiles. Which isn’t crazy to think because they didn’t even drive the car except for in their parking lot so how could they possibly know what was wrong. I would never take a car to this place with such disgraceful service."
