"They got me in immediately to look over my car and take pictures to get an estimate, that was good! However we are over 2 weeks now and no one has called or sent me a quote. I have called twice to ask where is my estimate. The first time I could tell it was never done but Jim said "oh I will need 1 more hour to finish and I will email it to you and then call to discuss." Jim never called or emailed. I called back 4 days later, spoke with another man who tried to apologize and said they will get it done and call me back the next day. That never happened either. Maybe business is booming and they don't need my business. I had to find another location that the insurance works with to go to."

"Do not use this company, corporate location is located in Canada and they won't take American cash as a form of payment!! Took us 1 month to get a dent pounded and buffed out and we had to insist that they test drive the vehicle because there was something technical wrong with the vehicle other than looks. After insisting twice, they confirmed additional issues that also needed fixed. We went to pick up our vehicle but couldnt since they wouldnt take cash. Had to drive an hour out of our way and use up gas that we had to replace in a rental car to put the money in a bank for them to take electronically. This is the United States, how is it that the American dollar isn't good enough?"

"worst place i’ve ever been to. all communication, or lack there of, had to be through an elusive “adjuster” who refused yo give his name. not to mention they had my car for two weeks before they even started working on it because the receptionist lied about the paperwork i needed to complete as well as telling me my car was being worked on when it sat in storage (for i repeat two weeks), it took them another week to even get my estimate (and they lied about the date for that too) and a week later, after i called to ask for a estimated date for pick up the totaled out my car. they refused to speak with me, they refused to speak with my fiancé and they even refused to speak to my insurance company, that spoke to me as if i was a child and when i asked what the damage ($2000.00 extra) they refused to tell me this as well, don’t take your car here. go to kings collision. if there were a full investigation into this company the showed evidence proving these people innocent i would believe that they paid off the investigators."
