"This is the best mechanic shop in Ashtabula. Always has been right on for quotes and admitted that they broke a part and didn't charge me for replacing the part. Uses quality parts with lifetime warranties. I'd never take my car anywhere else. Call right away if you have issues because sometimes it takes up to a few weeks to get your car in for repair. It's worth the wait!"
"Not sure how they get any good reviews. Very weird and unprofessional. Kept saying they sent an estimate and never did. When I called to try to bring the car in they said themselves that I guess their own employee lied, they don't even have a computer to send an estimate! What? What's the issue here???? If you're just lazy and don't want the work, say it! Don't waste a week of someone's time lieing like a weirdo."
"They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, let me send pictures instead of insisting I risk driving it there, looked for the parts and when they couldn't find any replacements they gave me other suggestions as to where I could take my car to have it fixed. They ended up calling me back a few minutes later to let me know after discussing it with fellow employees, it was a common issue with my specific make and model so it should be covered under the warranty. They helped me figure out what I should do from start to finish and for that I am so very thankful. They could've been like other mechanics but they were truthful, beyond helpful and extremely kind. Next time I need any work done, I'm going THERE!"
