"The absolute worst! Made an appt Thur for today (Monday). Was told I would receive a text Monday morning with the 2 hour window No such text was received. I called the office about 11am and was told my window was 3pm to 5pm. Again I was promised a communication from the tech. At 4pm I call again to follow up since I had not heard from the tech. Spoke to Brie with much attitude Telling me I was not on the schedule. She talked so much and wanted to be right she never bothered to listen for my name. Had me confused with another customer. Eventually she verified my appt was between 3-5pm. It is now 6:16pm, no tech has arrived or sent any communications even after I called and got the answering service twice in the last hour."

"Do not use this company, they are a scam. They replaced a sensor on my washer that cost $40 but charged me $300. I was not given a direct quote for what the part cost and labor cost, assuming I’m a woman so they charged me more. Then later I looked up the part price, so I was charged $250 for labor and the tech was here 30 minutes. I called the office 3 times after before someone actually talked to me about the situation, the manager was rude and thinks I was fairly charged and was not able to explain to me how they come up with this pricing. Horrible customer service and I hope my review can help some other women from getting scammed like I was. Funny how you replied so quickly to my Google review but could never call me back after I left 2 messages with your call center that I had a complaint. I understand you said you quote by the job not the hour but you never explained how you come up with your price points, so how that is decided is not clear, no itemized explanation is given to the customer with details. It doesn’t matter if you are a woman run business, you are still about overcharging and not fairly priced for the work you are providing. I hope more local costumers go elsewhere where their business is appreciated."

"I called for them to come fix my fridge. Response time was great, but for 2 weeks they could not get the correct parts in for my fridge. Then when I bought a brand new fridge and wanted a refund they still charged me $110 for the one time they came out to look at my fridge. So unless you want to spend 110 dollars for a simple quote to fix your fridge. DO NOT call these idiots"

"Office gave me a quick appointment for tech Jeffrey to come out (Friday). He was prompt, friendly and professional and gave me a quote for parts and repair. He was able to come back Wednesday and very quickly repaired the washer and had it running in no time. I am very thankful for a reasonable price, quick friendly service, and a one year warranty on the parts the replaced. Would def recommend!"
