"I spent 80 dollars on a pressure switch for my furnace to get home and realize it's the wrong part. Went to take it back and they said no refunds? your the one who sold me the wrong part. Awful way to do business won't be back. Stick to Amazon people!"

"I wasn't a fan of finding out some parts stores won't sell their wares if you're unlicensed. Thank God for this place. Saved me roughly $400. Sadly, I'm not one for unnecessary conversation, so I didn't get the fellow's name, but he was quick to find my part and ring me out. I appreciate him and this store."

"Bought a part for my furnace online that didn’t arrive in full. Furnace went out in a cold day. Called V&V and they didn’t have the part but offered to call some wholesalers that might. Ended up finding one that would sell direct to V&V and went I’ve there and picked it up. Guys were super helpful in looking for this particular part by offering to call around and then Calling me back. All said and done had what I needed back at thr house in 1.5 hours in a Saturday! Would but from again!"

"Steve was very knowledgeable, had the LG dryer parts I needed in stock and he was price competitive with online merchants. I will always do business in person when possible and he made it possible. He was very busy but also very efficient which made the short wait time a non-factor...and I didn’t have to wait for shipping even as quickly as Prime."
