"I have rented from this location before. I gave them a stellar review last year because they don't just talk about how they care about their customers they show it. This was my first time this year renting from the Cambridge location. I had a huge project that I was working on, and Nick again was there to assist me. Without going into too much detail, I was unaware of my rental time limitations. I finished my project and could have used the excavator for a week if I could afford it, but my time was up. They picked up the machine and notified me that I had gone over my usage. I was really unaware of this. Nick came to the rescue and once again displayed way over the top customer service in making it right for me. When I had my culvert pipes delivered, the delivery guy asked why I didn't use the other rental place. I told him that Sunbelt has always treated me right, and I didn't need to rent anywhere else. You just don't get this kind of service and/or treatment anymore. I will always refer people to Sunbelt Cambridge. Word of mouth is the best advertising. Thanks again Nick for your superior customer service."

We came to Cambridge and needed an additional rental and the staff in Cambridge restored my faith in the sunbelt company... to be honest had I not had the positive experience in Cambridge We would have been done with sunbelt..
