"We went to Charles Papas because we heard they were very reliable. We ordered the sliding glass door with a bright brass handle. The door and installation was great. The door handle however, was nickel. The installer assured us that this wasn’t a big deal and he could get the handle and put it on. Well this has been almost a year now and still no handle. We have called Charles Papas several times and the excuse has always been that there is a supply issue due to Covid. I find it hard to believe that no one in this year’s time has ordered a door with a bright brass handle. We were able to get a number from Papas for Sunrise door to see if we could see if we could get this problem resolved. We shouldn’t have to resolve this problem ourselves. We are very disappointed with the service we received. We thought we had finally found a company that we could rely on and could recommend to others."

You could tell the consultant and installers care about the end product as well as customer satisfaction - even during covid delays we received updates about our project.
