"One of the highest priced rental companies in the area make sure you call around for pricing. The gentleman at the front counter could use some customer service training. The manager smelled like booze when I was discussing pricing with him.The equipment is looking like it hasn't been maintained for a long time."

"Not only do they close right at five but they will charge you for a full day even if you beat them to the doors. It must be nice to rip people. That's probably the reason you don't have much for equipment."

"TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Worst experience ever dealing with a rental company. Charged my debit card three times for the Rental. We were told the fees would be taken out after the rental was returned and only on hold but as soon as we signed the paper it took the fees out and also took an additional rental fee of the same price when we returned it. That’s not the worst part 3 days later we were charged again and are still trying to resolve the issue to getting our money back for the two additional rental fees when was supposed to be only one. On top of that the bobcat broke down two hours into using it and no way to get ahold of the rental store to get the machine fixed so it sat all weekend and put us out of work. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to so I could write this review. Terrible service! Biggest head ache ever!!"

"I initially went here because they support the Tuscarawas County Fair. After I rented a trencher and concrete saw, I am even more impressed. The sales staff is professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely go back and send my friends there as well."
