"I was disgusted by the treatment of the elderly couple in front of us. They wanted to exchange an item for another which would have been an even exchange. Your young impatient cashier returned the first item putting the charge back on the card then rang the second item up. The first item was less as a coupon had been used therefore the new item was $10 more. The couple tried to ask for an even exchange but the cashier insisted that they could not use a coupon twice and she had already returned the original item. All she had to do was discount the second item, apologize for the misunderstanding and send them happily on their way. But she did not and it was clear she patronized the customers and made everyone in the store uncomfortable. I will not be going back. Your staff needs better training. Old people are not stupid people, just old!"
"I don't know alot about this store but every time I've gone in there looking for something simple they haven't had what I needed. Today all I needed was six screws 3/4 of an inch or less in length that weren't silver or gold. They didn't have anything remotely close, very frustrating."
