"Tarah is a healer!!! So grateful to have found her! I’m a healthy 30y/o female with a very active lifestyle. I lift weights 5- 6x week and do some form of cardio 3x weekly. On July 21st, I thought I pulled a muscle in my lower back. After 2 weeks of rest and no relief, I finally decided to see a chiropractor. After feeling no relief at all from 6 visits and symptoms getting worse, I decided to try another chiropractor a friend recommend. Again- no relief and I was told I had slipped disc/herniated disc from an X-ray?! This was going on two months of chronic lower back pain. It was effecting my mental health and physical health. I couldn’t sleep, sit, stand, or lay down without terrible constant pain shooting from my lower back, left hip, and down my left leg/knee. I began feeling hopeless when a friend referred me to Tarah. Let me explain that this is not a relaxation massage. My first appt was on a Friday, Tarah performed pressure points on the area I was in pain and suggested i May be suffering from Piriformis pain syndrome. I never heard of this before and I left my first appt with Tarah still in pain, and the 12-24hours after my first appt I experienced even more pain with numbness down my entire leg which scared me but I decided to trust the process. By Sunday morning I woke up and I finally had relief!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I felt like my normal happy self again, I was able to do simple tasks around the house and I finally slept through the night. I’m now schedule for my 4th appt with her and I started cardio and lifting again routine again - free of pain!! I’m so grateful for Tarah. Her knowledge and expertise gave me my life back."
