"I went to Dahlia for powder brows. I've had my brows done in the past and they were pretty well faded and I had some scar tissue in one of them. Needless to say my brows were in desperate need of a refresh. I couldn't be happier with my results. Allegra is very talented, she took her time making sure my shape was just right before we started. She has a gentle but sure hand. I was a little nervous going in due to pain in the scarred brow and I had no problem whatsoever. Not only was the process easy and mostly painless but the healing process was super smooth and the results are awesome. I would recommend her to anyone! I'm also actually looking forward to my follow up because I know afterwards my brows are gonna be perfection. If you're looking for PMU of any kind, you just found your girl!"
