Arthur Lammermeier, was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable about the differences and was able to recommended which aspects of the flooring to pay attention to, from there me and my wife just had to go through the many many option and choose what will look good in our house. Ability to pick up examples to see them inside our house was very helpful. After that we place the order, and in a week it was delivered to their warehouse, we picked it up and the renovation project started. The quality is excellent with very good price for great brand.
