"Campbell Carpet is awesome! First, the sales experience (John) was quick and seamless. Measurements were taken and I got the quote while they were still in my home. Work started the next day. Their recommendation for the type of flooring was very good advice and we are well pleased with look and durability of it. We did our entire house except one bedroom and areas with tile in them. Next, a comment on the installers. Wow. Ed was way beyond being professional. I was blown away from his workmanship and his help mate. They made a seamless installation throughout the house look like it was there when the house was built! I have put down floors before so I know hard it is. Ed also replaced my toilet since the flooring was also put in a bathroom. It required extra work on the floor. I also had new registers put in while they were at it. And during installation, it was discovered a room had been left out of the quote. A quick gentlemen’s agreement kept everything on schedule and we settled things at the end. That requires trust and I trust Campbell Carpet more than ever now. You will not go wrong with this company."
