"Rented a tamper. Had no fuel in it, so had to buy a gas can and gas. Then the tamper had no throttle so couldn't do the job. Returned it the next day and explained the situation. Pretty much the response was "Too bad". Owner is very rude. Charged full price anyway. We left it and went and rented from another company in Slippery Rock. Tamper was less expensive, and full of gas like one usually expects when renting equipment. Won't do business here again."
