"Do NOT do business with this place. We rented tables and chairs for a picnic this weekend but no one was there when we showed up to pick them up. Tried again Saturday morning and asked if we could be compensated in some way and was escorted out the door and locked behind. We weren't asking for much - maybe a couple extra chairs. They are unreasonable and rude. I will never go back and will tell everyone that I know to NOT deal with this place."

"Awful awful! I had to call multiple times to even get them reserved! Then show up and no one at the shop. Called and called (13 times) and no answers. I called again the next morning and again no answer. Only way I got an answer was Facebook messenger. I drove back up (30 minutes one way for me) asked what he was going to do to compensate me for the running and time. His comment to me “I’m not playing games I just won’t give you anything”. I left without my reserved stuff. I was not asking for anything for free just to show some common courtesy. A single free chair would have been good enough for me! Do not use them! Worse business/ customer service in Crawford county!"

"Wish I could leave zero stars. Rented 10 tables and 60 chairs for my daughters graduation party. Spent almost $225. Was told to have the chairs back at noon on Sunday and then was told 11. Confirmed the 11 drop off. Was there at 10:45 on Sunday and waited until 11:20 and still nobody was there. Unloaded Eve by ourselves and left a note asking for a call when they received them. At 11:57 I received a phone call stating never to just leave them. Told them I was told 11 and waited 20 minutes for someone. I had other plans. He said they said between 11-12. Sorry but I don’t think I should have waited until 11:57. Was told never to do it again. Told them not to worry I would never give them my business again. I was told good they didn’t want it and was hung up on. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Parking lot is also a mess. Completely filthy. Would not ever recommend doing business with this company."

"Sthil has incredible products. With that said I do not recommend that you buy or have anything serviced by Pitts. Luckily there are plenty of other Stihl dealers that are responsible and honest."
