"I want to give this spa a hundred stars. No, all the stars! The friendly staff makes you feel at ease right from the front door. The ambience is perfect. It smells like peace and serenity. The relaxation room is cozy and quiet. The shower/changing area has the most beautiful tile and is stocked with sustainable amenities. Details like vases of fresh wildflowers and small squares of dark chocolate make it even more special. And let me tell you, the massage was other-level amazing. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had. Erica hit all the trigger points and released so much tension that I honestly can’t recall ever coming out of a massage so absolutely relaxed. Will be returning again and again."
"This is a lovely new spa in Chagrin Falls that has a beautiful interior, bird-themed rooms and decor, beautiful changing rooms (“nests”) that have lockers and gorgeous showers, etc., as well as a relaxation room with water, tea and light snacks. It’s a little tricky to find the first time, as it’s tucked behind other buildings, but once you find it, it’s really a nice little oasis. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment by Erica and will definitely be back!"
