"Doctor and staff do not like it when you ask questions. If you use the UPMC portal they will downright not bother answering questions regarding test results, if you are questioning anything, or requesting referrals to someone local due to travel and time issues."
"Mr. McLaughlin (he shouldn’t be called a dr.) is by far the worst n stupidest one ive ever went to. His bedside manner were horrendous and he doesn’t know neurology from his head in a wall! He’s idiotic and you couldn’t pay me to go back to him. There’s a reason why he could only get employed in Rinky dink Venango county. Do urself a favor and go to a bigger city like Pittsburgh where medical teams know what they are doing because this dude damn near killed me!"
"One of the worst Doctors I went to ever. Went to him for almost two years and they dropped me for no reason at all. No call for an appointment on the day of but had gotten the day before to say yes to the appointment. And they never called me to say why they dropped me or call me to make a new appointment. So very very disappointed and disgusted. Won't ever go back to him."
