"Unbelievably unethical. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are one of 3 in network facilities for my insurance. Mrs. Shepherd spent 45 mins on the phone discussing my child's case. She said she would take her as a patient and assured me that she could help her. She told me to check with her school to make sure she would have excused absences for appointments as she was full during evenings. After I checked, I called her back to confirm the appointment. Her secretary answered the phone, asked who my insurance was, and then told me that they don't have any room for my daughter. Who would do that to a traumatized 5 yr old? I'm disgusted!!!"
