"Our bride was extremely disappointed when the dirty bus (literally bottles and napkins everywhere and a missing seat) arrived 45 minutes late to pick up with no call. Since we had a reservation 45 minutes away, we asked our driver if we would still make it to the winery since it was a busy Saturday. We quickly realized he didn’t even know where we were going and what wineries we were going to, let alone that we were going to any wineries at all. When we asked to get off the bus (before we pulled out of the driveway) multiple times and the driver wouldn’t open the door, some girls were getting scared. Finally we tipped him and we were out. All of this could be drawn up as a one-off, but now it’s been 72 hours and we’ve called multiple times to discuss what happened and request a well deserved refund and each call, email and text has been ignored."
