"Took. My son over to the ER to have a catheter removed had to wait 8 hours to bee seen the nurses where stressed but very nice love the doctors but I feel the directors need to be replaced only 2 doctors on staff is rediculious they need a new system because what they have now is not good"

"This hospital thinks its acceptable to serve patients raw chicken for dinner. chicken was completely cold and no parts of it was actually heated though. concerens was brought to dietary and they simply just said " yea thats not our first time we heard about this" you come in the hospital sick, expecting to get better, but in the meantime you getting even more sick by catching salmonella!!"

"I delivered my first baby 3 months ago, my experience at this hospital was great! I had a student nurse shadowing my L&D nurse (I think her name was Emily) and they were amazing! The other nurse ( again I think her name was Ericka) was great. Both of the L&D nurses explained everything and answered all questions I had. Followed my birth plan, cheered and encouraged me to keep going. The nurses I had after delivering were also great helping me get around my room, bringing me anything I needed. Having a baby is overwhelming especially your first baby so it was a very comfortable experience with these great nurses! I will definitely go to this hospital with my next pregnancy!"

"I cant be more pleased with my experience today at westmoreland hospital!!! My son (4 years old) went in to get tubes put in his ears. Every person there went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. My husband was not feeling well so I took him myself and they helped me out so much! Thank you to everyone today."

"Had a very positive experience with the labor and delivery unit, as well as the mother baby unit. The nurses and doctors were respectful of my wishes and supportive of me. I felt very safe and taken care of. Wonderful place to have a baby! Could not have asked for a better experience."
