"I was there 2 days ago. Both nurses/techs are rude. They give you orders like you are soldiers or their servers. They don't explain anything about the lab's procedure of admitting the tests. Moreover, a lab in Little Neck which is their annex issued a report which was very concerning to me. They say that, allegedly, the Sputum test revealed the presence of Mycobacterium , then they say that they are not able to distinguish between Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and Mycobacterium Avium! Previously, one of Northwell labs and Quest Diagnostics have diagnosed me with NTB Mac, Non-tuberculosis Mycobacterium. This is so confusing & iresponsible. The versions of these bacteria are two very different things. With MAC Tuberculosis legally you must be put in quarantine. I'm very disappointed with the lab's report. Gus H."

"I have been using this facility for years. The staff is always polite, friendly, informative & efficient. It is run like a well oiled machine. As a walk in, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so. Plenty of parking available also. I highly recommend this facility."
