"I'm going to start this review by saying i never thought I would leave a positive response, as I have been to this facility for different reasons and NEVER had I received even a warm welcome, UNTIL... Last week, I went for a PPD for my schooling. There was a lady at the desk that was awesome, I didn't get her name, but this isn't solely about her. SHARON, the medical assistant that administered my first tests, drug screen and PPD. This lady was so welcoming, so friendly and informative. Her energy radiates all up and through that facility (ask for her) I went back for the second TB (two-step) today, Sharon was there, but she brought a friend: EUNICE. Eunice was awesome, super friendly smile, chatted with me like an old friend. It's because of these two ladies that I am leaving a review. They also confirmed my decision in going into the health care field. Love, love, love them forever. Midlands, if they cannot be given a raise, please acknowledge them within the facility because they deserve it!"

"had to do a screening for work, and they made it extremely clear i was a major inconvenience. it took me over an hour to be able to do the sample which i understand can be frustrating, but they will literally talk about you and your case in front of the whole lobby of patients. the indian nurse is rude. finally at the end i was cleared to go, and asked if i needed to check out or sign anything and she said no. just got a call that i now have to go back and do it again (yay! can’t wait to be treated like that again.) because “i just walked out”. i can not wait to be done and never come back here. please find a job that you LIKE. front desk is friendly though. just a few lovely quotes from my appointment: “okay well we don’t have all day” and “ugh FINALLY”."
