- Dialysis Centers: We offer in-center hemodialysis treatments three times a week for patients with End Stage Renal Disease.

- Fresenius Medical Care Home Therapies Unit: Conveniently located next to our main office, this unit provides options for home dialysis, including peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

- Connected Care Program: Designed for patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and chronic kidney disease, our Connected Care program offers continuous support through dedicated Care Managers. This program helps manage chronic conditions and prevent the progression of kidney disease.

"I saw Dr. officer today about leg swelling, fatigue and chronically (mildly) low sodium levels. I told him i have POTS, which he had no idea what it was and told me that my leg swelling was probably from old age (im 42) and that if they weren’t as swollen as his that i “was fine”. He did a fake exam on me, barely touched me, and i cant imagine how he could have heard my lungs, he barely placed his plastic stethoscope over my sweatshirt. He clearly took no interest in my symptoms and disregarded my low sodium as “not clinically significant”, and it may not be, but given my health issues, labs and symptoms, im not convinced."
