My mother last nightI told the staff that she was unable to breathe. They ignored her, And asked her if needed a breathing treatment. Told my sister that she was just depressed. So ma called my sister and said, someone has to help me. I can't breathe. I'm dying. My sister went out to check on my mom And she was in distress!!!! She insisted on calling squad. My ma has UTI AND CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!"
