"This is the second time I've been disappointed! I prescreened for a study and was approved, then drove 45m to start and they tell me I can't. There needs to be accountability for the staff that does the pre-screening process. I'm not sure of I will sign up for anything else."

"My first experience here wasn't the best. I spoke with someone and made an appointment, drove all the way here just to find out the appointment was canceled and no one told me. There was no record of any conversation which makes me a bit skeptical to sign up for anything else. The people I spoke with did apologize so I definitely appreciated that."

THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND LIE on panelists and kick panelists out without reason by their security when they are the ones in the wrong! You’re told verbally over the phone and in-person by their recruiters and their Bio department employees at this facility that they allow you to sign in for the studies and that you’re allowed to continue with the study. And then tell you that you’ll be called shortly for study check-up and few moments later randomly be threatened by a security officer that they are going to call police and kick you out without any explanation when you do nothing wrong. I’d give 0 stars if there was an option. Been going to this facility over a year with no issues but have seen on numerous occasions rude staff and staff has had attitude issues amongst the volunteered panelists. THEIR STUDIES TAKE MORE THAN 2 months at times for a payout and they harass you with voicemails. YOU DON’T GET PAID RIGHT AWAY AS ADVERTISED EITHER AND THEY ACCEPT LATE PANELISTS FOR THEIR STUDIES ALL THE TIME AND IVE HAD AN ALLERGIC REAL REACTION TO A STUDY OF THEIRS IN THE PAST. THIS PLACE IS VERY DISORGANIZED, RUDE, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND WORTHLESS ALSO THREATEN YOU FOR NO REASON AT ALL. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!"
