"What a complete waste of time. They put me on a treadmill wanting me to walk at a normal pace. OK I can do that. Apparently my normal pace is not normal. I asked the nurse who was working with me about what she wanted me to do. Did she want me to do it like I do at the gym? Some woman sitting at a desk snapped at me and told me it's called pulmonary rehab for a reason. Really??2? Holy cow, I didn't know that. She told me if I wanted to do it like I do at the gym I might as well just go to the gym. Fine with me. Her attitude was the worst I've ever seen on a first visit to the facility. Way to go lady. If I knew your name,, I'd call you by name. Your attitude is just what I would expect from someone who sits at a desk all day. Amy was great and patient with me. So thank you Amy. Desk lady in the back needs a little education on customer service. Perhaps her manager could help her out."
