"I went multiple times for a couple of month with back shoulder and hip pain. 2 appointment every week for a month then 1 appointment a week for another month. When I started going they told me I'd only be paying $20 each visit and the insurance would cover the rest, or they would notify me the difference. After going for 2 months I was never given any notice of debt or change in payments. Do to change in work I couldn't make my appointments do to the hours of operationat the offoce. I tried calling because I was sent a letter and was trying to find out what the issue was, Never heard back from them. 6 months later, I'm now getting a call from a debt collector about owing almost $300 to the office. Not including the money already paid or the amount the insurance covered. Not only this, but in honesty the treatment never really help an obedience and in no way worth the money."

"I started going here after I developed upper and lower back pain. After an examination, he determined that my issues were caused by my spine being misaligned. After some time my neck issues virtually disappeared. I was doing the exercises he wanted me to, and went to all my appointments. My lower back was a different story. It gradually became worse. I couldn’t bend down, sleep, or move. I told him this every appointment, and each time was told to “wait” or was dismissed. I finally went to my regular doctor to get a referral for a physical therapist after weeks of this happening. Only to find out my lower back pain wasn’t caused by a “misaligned spine” at all, and finally got the proper treatment I needed. He gets 3 stars for fixing my neck and having a lovely staff, but this is my experience."
