- BCTA Customer Service Desk (Rochester): Available at (724) 728-8600, our customer service desk operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to assist you with all your travel inquiries and needs.
- DART Mobility Center (Center Twp.): For mobility services, contact (724) 375-2895. Our Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- General Inquiries and Assistance: Reach us at (724) 378-3099. Our center is open from 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM to cater to your travel requirements.
Additional Support:
- Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD): All BCTA telephone lines are TDD compatible for users with hearing impairments.
- Feedback and Complaints: Whether you have a commendation or a complaint, BCTA values your feedback. Call us with details such as the date, time, bus number, and stop location. We strive to investigate all complaints within two business days and ensure your comments are directed to the appropriate staff member for action.
