"I like Dr. Sullivan. Ive seen him since he was at Sears. However his staff doesn't care to return calls. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a call about my trial contacts to be in. Took them over a week to relay a message to Dr. Sullivan about eye drops and didn't seem to care about reaching back to me. Also waited an hour and half for my appointment. Arrived early and sent in a family who came in after me. Seemed like the staff knew the family and did it on purpose."

"The best eye doctor in the area!!!!! He is not only kind an a gentleman but he is very good at his job. I have been going to him for many years even before he had his own practice. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs eye care. I don't write reviews often but if I do it's because it is someone who is well worth it."

"Just bad experience. Felt like test was rushed and he was telling me how my eyes where, instead of listening to my issues. Felt I needed bifocals or progressive lenses. He rolled me lowering my current script would fix everything. It didn't and when I went back was ignored. His staff told me I probably needed progressives and he doesn't like to script those. Went to Wal-Mart and Dr C did a thorough test and told me I needed progressives and lowering script was bad idea."
