"BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP TO SEE THIS DOCTOR!! It's been years, but I still remember my terrible experience with Dr. Ailani. I had to wait six months to see her, and when I finally got in and told her my symptoms (atypical migraines, brain fog), she said she didn't treat those and referred me back to my PCP. She then mis-diagnosed me with arthritis after hearing my knees pop, which I don't have, and saw me out the door. She might be good at what she does (I wouldn't know), but given how little she's willing to help with anything she's decided isn't "in her scope", she and her staff need to have a proper vetting process before accepting six-month wait time new patients, because I described what I was going in for and that didn't stop them from taking my money after a six-month wait for zero help."

"Dr Ailani is an absolute jewel! She really knows her stuff and designs a treatment plan that works for you. I’m happy report I have graduated to only needing to see her once a year, to check in on how things are going."

"Dr. Ailani was really great and instantly put me at ease. I just became her new patient and she was able to analyze my medical data, get straight to a diagnosis and adjust my current medication accordingly to better alleviate my symptoms in my first visit. She is an expert in headaches and helped me definitely identify the root cause of my condition which really gave me peace of mind and help me better identify the lifestyle changes and self care needed to best cope with my condition, unlike my previous neurologists who, as nice as they were, only prescribed different medications for me to try for my symptoms but had done little on identifying and telling me what was causing my headaches which made me very anxious and kept wondering about the degree of seriousness of my condition."
