"The staff is very kind and friendly. However, when I was in beyond severe pain, they insisted that I be polite when they were not ready to assist me getting back to bed. Mealtime was the worst. If I got back at Mealtime, I had to sit in excruciating pain until the Meals were served. I have yet to get my CT scan of my entire back. The food was top notch in my opinion. It was kept to the prospective menu that was given. The kitchen staff read my notes to them from the returning tray. They accommodated my requests quite admirably. If it wasn't such a long ride to my appointments, it would have been perfectly enjoyable. I have an MRI of my pelvis that a surgeon needs to decide on what procedure is needed. The pain became as bad as labor pains without letup while sitting. There needs to be accommodations for the resident to lie prone for the times needed to go to appointments."
