"I like Dr. Owens. That being said, the billing department is a joke. They do not send out bills if your insurance denies the claim. They wait until you come in for the next visit to tell you. I do not need chiropractic services very often so I have not been there in over a year. I got an email from Experian informing me my score dropped 26 points. That's how I learned about my bill. No mailing letters, no phone calls, nothing. I'd avoid this place if you like your credit score."

"Won't go here again. My first appointment wasn't bad. They hand me a card scheduling me for the next Thursday at noon for my next appointment. I go at my appointed date and time. Office is locked. I call and leave a voicemail. Sign says they are closed until 3pm. Nobody calls me back so I call again at 4pm. All I get is "I don't have that appointment here in my records". I told her I have my card with date and time clearly wrote on it. Her response is "oh, well do you want to reschedule?" You ignore my appointment and wasted my time and gas going to the office and that's all I get? Unprofessional staff and I'll find a better chiropractor else where."
