"I honestly do not even want to give this place a 1 star rating. This was the MOST disgusting place I have ever stayed. My first night there I slept on a mattress of someone else’s piss. My second night there they moved me to a different bed. All I did was lay in bed or sit up in bed and use the restroom. If you really care for your loved one, you will not use this facility. Hi, discharged myself the third morning waiting to be picked up by my boyfriend. I took a picture of their sign which doesn’t even state what they are called? The second is a picture of my breakfast one morning. A cold sausage patty and a hard boiled egg. They really go above and beyond not at all."

"I really like this place its very clean a there are excellent staff there also! Many of them always go above a beyond for the resident, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a very nice a safe nursing facility for there loved family one’s! They will be very well taken care of, A the staff will adjust any needs that you might need for your loved one, they are very flexible. It’s also a great place to work I have been there a couple of times an fell in love with the residents an the place in general, everyone is so sweet an nice an the DON is very nice an cares a lot about the place an the residents. She will do whatever it takes to make something better or fixed if needed, you can go to her anytime an talk to her if you have a problem an she is always open for new ideas also or suggestions. She will get the job done an if by chance she isn’t available the assistant DON can also help you, she is very caring an opened minded also an is also open to suggestions an will help you in any way she can. They both are great women an care a lot about the residents an there workers."

"Terrible place, everything is outdated, bathroom in resident rooms are not big enough to navigate a wheel chair into. Some very lazy employees, a handful of good ones! Alot of the cooking is terrible. It was a very long 9 days they’re never so happy to bring loved one home!"

"Could not be happier with the care my Mom received after back surgery. She was initially sent home and unable to function due to her pain levels. I spoke to the admissions director Brandy who was so kind and caring and gave me excellent advice on how to get my Mom admitted and cared for. Mom has progressed so well that she is coming home tomorrow which is much sooner than originally anticipated. She has been very pleased with her care and the staff here."

"This place is definitely dated and the workers are unprofessional. On day one I got a bad taste in my mouth as we sat there for hours just waiting to get my grandpas admission paperwork filled out. Medic Rescue brought him in and no one really even cared to check on him. They weren’t going to give him dinner until I asked For food for him. With in the first week I had To continually tell them that they were giving his medication wrong. After this first week i began a search for a new facility with an open bed (as we only came here because this was our only choice) His second week there they went into quarantine for the flu then the pandemic. They were terrible about updating families about the patient and when i called they seemed like I was a bother when asking how he was doing. They never called me to say he was going downhill and he ended up passing away. This has been the worst experience at a facility to date between him and my grandma and I feel Like I’m left with so many unanswered questions. Also I thought more than one worker there was a patient from the way they were dressed. Absolutely unprofessional!! The best people I talked to was our social worker and the girl in the business office they were helpful!"
