"I was not informed correctly about insurance on frames. I wouldn’t have paid the extra $ if I knew it only covered one frame or lenses at a time. I also got a full replacement and didn’t get to choose to keep old lenses with new frames."

"I had to get new vision insurance due to life changes and it didn't cover the vision care office I had been dealing with for years. I have been in need of new glasses for awhile. I contacted & visited several 'in-network' locations, all of which gave me prices that I thought were way too high with insurance, as I could go back to my old office and buy over the counter at the same price! So, on a recommendation from a friend, I walked into the local MyEyeDr office in Beaver, PA today. Ashley took care of me and had me set up in no time with better lenses for substantially less than any other quote! She was very kind, professional and knew what she was doing. She went above & beyond to get my insurance coverages figured out and applied properly to what I wanted. She definitely won me over as a return customer for MyEyeDr!"

"Doctors are fine. Staff is awful. Incredibly rude. They are pushy sales people who won't take no for an answer when selling eyewear. Even if you buy eyewear from somewhere else (which your prescription needs verified by them) they will cancel/deny your order and call you to sell you eyewear over the phone. My latest complaint is that I made an appointment for an eye exam, because my prescription didn't seem right. The staff called to cancel my appointment, because I was seen 3 months ago at their BF location and they said I have to go back to BF to see the same MD. I have NEVER seen the same doctor there at either location in all the years I've been going there. Then she proceeded to say they already charged my insurance in May so I can't come their location. She said I'd have to pay out of pocket and I said that's fine. She said she would ask her manager, got back on the phone and said "no you can't come here. You have to go back to BF". What?!"

"Dr Chenet is great and has been great my entire life I am now 29. But when myeyedr took over visioncare it went down hill bad. The staff started to complain at first that it was bad. Now the staff is rude and literally the most unknowledgeable staff anywhere. Dr Chenet is still a great doctor but the office staff is SOO bad I have been forced to find. Anew doctor. Ordering contacts shouldn't be rocket science and I shouldn't dread calling because there so rude. It was fun while it lasted but I wouldn't recommend this office to a soul. I hope Dr Chenet would branch off because I would follow him. But the awful staff ruined it for me"
