"I would like to Thank Kathy at the electrophysiology office. She took the time to talk to me today about my husband's pacemaker report. She also consulted with the cardiologists to begin treatments/ adjustments/ testing that was needed! In the busy hectic pace of healthcare she went above and beyond to talk and explain some details! Thank you Kathy for restoring my faith in practioners who truly care about their patients and the families that love them!"

"Surgery seemed to go well but after that it was all downhill! The drainage hose in my side was too big in diameter which caused me more pain than I could stand! I was given shot of Fentanyl and did nothing to stop pain. They finally decided to remove it and then figured out I was also full of air so they put a hose down my throat to my stomach for 24 hrs and had to pump everything out! After a few days I was sent home to find out out I was allergic to heart rate medicine which gave me a rash from head to foot! Within a day or two from there I became septic with a bacteria infection of my blood and had to return to hospital for almost another week! I would not return to this hospital if you paid me! Go to UPMC in the city y that’s where I should have gone! My opinion !"
