"My brother, sister, & I had a wonderful experience in the process of buying our cemetery stones with the Pertee Monument Co. They really went above all my expectations with their great customer service. Nikki coordinated everything between my brother who lives in Texas, my sister in Pennsylvania, & myself in Akron, Oh. They were all in from the start, contacting the cemetery to make certain that the cement foundations were perfect for the size & weight of our stones, & meeting the expected installation of the finished product. Our family lots are in a cemetery outside of Newcomerstown, Ohio. Which is probably a lil' outside of their normal area of service, but they didn't even blink. On top of everything else, they made trips there after the installation was complete & did some repair/restoration on my Mother's monument that was originally installed in the 1960's.
