The entire team from the greeting at the front window to the dr, to the phlebotomist taking my blood with the most gentle touch, are by far the most well organized and caring staff I’ve experienced in over 30 years. "Well they need a new receptionist or who ever answers the phone. Very rude and hung up didn't ask what I needed help with or anything. Very disgusting attitude for someone at a dr office. If those Dr's heard her I know they would have had a major issue with her. I needed to ask the doctor for information and she hung up on me after saying thank you goodbye. I am seriously thinking about reporting this. So unacceptable and hurtful behavior."
