"They have an influx of patients on a regular basis, leading them to put chairs in hallways outside patient rooms. There is no expectation of privacy, or comfort when you can hear all the conversations from the rooms. Sometimes you'll hear staff talking about patients, poorly. Chairs, however, aren't always guaranteed. Sometimes you'll be standing for 4 hours while you wait. Austintown needs another facility or this one needs expanded."

"Took my daughter here. The nurse who put her IV in wasn't very good. My daughter has a baseball size bruise on her right arm. It was a Saturday and they had to send my daughter to one of their other faculty to get an ultrasound because no one was there on weekends to do it. The doctors and second nurse who saw my daughter was nice."

"Used emergency services, staff was immediate and performed a complete series of tests. Left 3 hours later with a complete physical in my opinion and found my issue was very minor and treatable. All involved from reception desk to Dr. Dombroski were excellent."

"I came in one night around 11 to check to see if I had strep throat. I was taken immediately back and saw the doctor within a half hour. The whole process only took 1.5 hours. I absolutely hate hospitals and get really bad anxiety anytime I'm in one, and oddly enough when I need to go to an ER I unusually won't go but this place gave me zero anxiety."

"They double bill. I had bloodwork done on 3/5. Self pay. I paid what I was told was the bill in full at the time of visit. Today I received another bill and I'm being told by their customer service that what I paid was only the first bill. Apparently the bill I paid at my visit was just an "estimate," and not the actual bill."
