"Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. As a first time patient I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. She did not even try to build rapport with a simple greeting upon meeting me. She observed my skin and diagnosed me with a chronic autoimmune condition and was unwilling to elaborate on the condition or treatment options, even after me posing questions. I had questions regarding the laundry list of medications she was prescribing and she redirected me to another staff who was unknowledgeable and told me I could “look it up” if I had questions on the diagnosis. The interaction was less than 7 minutes. As I was speaking, she proceeded to exit the room with her hand on the door, telling me to make another appointment for any additional concerns. I WOULD NOT ADVISE THAT ANYONE GO. I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE SEEKING A NEW DERMATOLOGIST. I WOULD NEVER TRUST HER JUDGMENT BASED IFF OF THE LACK OF BASIC REGARD FOR PATIENTS. Even the receptionist lacked eye contact and people skills. But at all a welcoming or comfortable environment. Absolutely horrific experience."
