"I am very pleased with Dr James Solmen and Youngstown Orthopedic Assoc and their staff. Dr Solmen has taken care of me for many years. I have complete faith in him. Thank you, Dr Solmen. Eric is also wonderful, he has put casts on my foot and leg two different times and made me orthotics that really help, and a brace that also helps me. Thank you, Eric!"

"Dr. was awesome. The experience with personnel handling my inserts was not as positive. The initial inserts took almost three months to be done correctly- a month delay in the initial setting and another two months to have them redone. I made repeated trips from PA to the Howland office (4+ trips of 30 minutes one way) and on one occasion was called after arrival at the Howland office to tell me my inserts were left in another office. I contacted the business office for consideration on the $300 cost due to their mistakes and was dealt with very rudely by the business office personnel (male). I was given no time of day with my concerns with no consideration on he cost and the inserts still cause pain when wearing. I feel the cost for the inserts was a wasted investment."
