"Not always nice here. Gloves might be optional. Had blood drawn and the finger used to feel was minus the glove. Pointless to put the glove on if you rip off the area you will be using to touch the patient."

"They offered a walk in flu shot clinic from 11am to 1pm. As we were walking up to the door at 12:50pm a nurse locked the doors right in front of us. There was someone in the office also. We knocked on the door several times and were ignored. There was still someone in the waiting area. How unprofessional!"

"I waited an hour here for blood work after having been skipped on the sign in sheet to be told “I don’t know what happened” then told they didn’t even have a glucose test available and I either had to return the following day or drive to Poland and those were my choices. Not to mention my prior blood work here, the phlebotomist touched my draw sight with an ungloved, unwashed/un-sanitized finger and stuck my vein immediately following… I love Dr Rich but this lab/urgent care is awful and because of that I refuse to deal with Steward Medical group any longer."

"Would rate less than 1 star if I could. The last time my pregnant wife was here her bloodwork was taken and the nurse didn’t even use gloves, touched the arm with her dirty fingers after she sanitized the area. Today she sat for well over an hour and was skipped multiple times to be told they ran out of glucose test because they skipped her. On top of this the girl at the counter was rude. None of these people have business working in healthcare and the whole place is dirty and outdated. Save yourself and avoid at all cost"
