A Cut Above Hubbard Ohio

"Just a warning when purchasing sale / discount items. The total you are given online is NOT what they charge you when you pick up. Be prepared for the shock when they ask you for at least $20 more than what you expected to pay. When questioned was told you are charged taxes on products before any discounts are applied. This is not in accordance with Ohio laws and the manager does not care and is very rude. I do not recommend this location and I will not be returning. Very deceiving and just wrong. In my photos my receipts show online amount of $119.50 they charged me when I picked up order $143.50. UPDATE Well I have since returned due to the long wait times at another local dispensary and not wanting to stand in line outside and ACA has since corrected the overcharging and even sent out refund checks, although not everyone who was over charged has received them yet, just to be told by employees that they are treated awful by management here. Several just walked out in the last few days and more are quitting as I type. I just hate to give my money to a company that treats people unfairly and has nepotism going on internally. C'mon Gov DeSwine and allow more dispensaries to open in this area already!"

"I was looking forward to having a medical only dispensary to go to but since you are trying to become a recreational one as well I will just have to keep searching elsewhere. Really there shouldn't be any reason you couldn't be medical only and use it as an selling point. Many customers don't want to have to compete for medicine."

"I'm honestly surprised people still count on aca to provide quality care to patients. Two of the last 5 items were wrong and the staff lied about the issues to my face. Your in the business of taking care if people, not screwing up an order and saying its a patients fault. The prices are way high, like some of you that still use this place. Struthers is so much better with selection price and overall, customer service. Prices high, selection low, customer service it's not knowledgeable. I felt bad for the lady in front of me because she was clueless and getting ripped off."

"This really is the best dispensary in NE Ohio. The staff are all friendly and fast. I drive 20 min to go here and I have one within half a mile from my house. Best prices without driving to Michigan."

"Not even sure where to start - we walked through the door and were greeted by the most pleasant person - who was very informative and like nothing we’ve ever experienced before in any other dispensary. We got registered and were let into the show room and blown away by how well displayed, laid out and open the showroom was and then to have an opportunity to speak to someone about what we needed and our situation was just amazing and not something we have experienced at other dispensaries. Hubbard, Ohio is blessed to have this in our town and we can’t wait to share it with everyone. They truly care about everyone, especially those that have medical need for cannabis and what it can do to alleviate the issue they have. Thank you ACA"
