"I scheduled an appointment on January 21st as a new patient. When I called, the receptionist answered and said "hello" like I called her on her personal cell phone and she was annoyed. So I had to ask "is this dr. Lappings office?" She replied yes. I said I wanted to make an appointment. She asked if I was a new patient, I replied yes, then she said January 27th at 12:30p? Bring your insurance and ID. Then hangs up. She never asked me any personal information, including my name, which I thought was odd. Today was the day for my appointment. I debated not even going because there were alot of red flags and rudeness and the reviews I read were terrible, but I decided to give it a shot and go. I show up at 12:20p today. 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I go to the door and its locked. So I call the office, same lady I scheduled with answers "hello" and i tell her I have an appointment at 12:30 but the door is locked. She says she will be there in 5 minutes *click* So I wait. I wait until 12:40p and call again. Same lady answers. I tell her that I'm still waiting outside and the door is still locked. She asked if I was a new patient (again) I said yes. And she then says that the warren office is closed and they are at the Youngstown office today and for me to come back in the morning. Now I'm super annoyed, if she would of talked more on the phone when I 1st called and maybe asked more questions, I would of knew that the Warren office was closed."

"I wish I would have found Dr. Lapping years ago! His office is not over booked like so many doctors so your not in the waiting room for hours. He pays attention to his patients and actually CARES about their well being. With my medical issues I was seeing several doctors who were just managing my pain and giving me more medications to take. Not Dr Lapping, he understands I don't want to be on all these meds the rest of my life. I want to work again and play tag with my youngest and fishing with my son and be there for My first grandchild in May. Dr Lapping is helping me attempt to find a better solution than permanent medication. Thank you I am eternally in your debt."
