"I was on 6 mg of Xanax a day AS NEEDED And I had a fill-in Nurse practitioner named Lauren. She kicked me off of my prescription cold turkey and I thought I was gonna die. I had been on it for 16 years. She didn’t even ask for a pill count or anything. She just arbitrarily Decided to kick me off without even weaning me off. I still go there but just for my every day Meds and went on medical marijuana. Which doesn’t do quite the same thing."

"I called running late and asked if I could still be seen when I was 5 minutes away and was told yes, I had 5 minutes away on my GPS, and was told yes. So I watched maps the entire 5 minutes, ran into the office and was told I was 2 minutes late and they’d have to reschedule. After I called and left work because they said they’d see me. Nice. Update… After rescheduling a month out, they scheduled me for a Telehealth appointment assuring me that’s how they were doing it going forward when I stated I had been told I needed to be seen in for my first appointment. And as it draws closer to my appointment, so after nearly a month of waiting for my appointment, the DAY prior, I’m called to inform me I do, in fact, require being seen in person, as I’d originally inquired about and was assured it was fine for Telehealth. So I’m now scheduled for ANOTHER month out. Games."

"I've been going to Serenity a little less than a year now and no complaints. Dr's nurses counselors everybody listens and does there best to take care of your needs. Biggest problem is see here is certain patient's not following the program. By this I mean them selling there prescription in the waiting room over the phone before they even have it. Or joking about there failed drug test and laughing about it. The one I like the most is when there 3 to 4 minutes past there appointment and the patient is yelling and screaming at the receptionist because they have to meet there buyer or dealer before a certain time. People should really determine the volume of there phone calls. Here is the most famous one when they get discharged and there out in the parking lot saying this is bs I only failed 12 test I dont understand why I got discharged or my count was only off 7 times. The things I see staff deal with is insane people wanting help but not willing to do the work or stick to the program. I've seen Serenity give out more chances than what needed to be for people who didnt deserve it in the first place."

"This place doesn't even deserve one star. They refused to see me because i was in drug court and their counselor scheduled me for a 3:45 appointment. But he has no right to schedule for the doctors. So i was refused treatment. I have severe anxiety, and am going through several traumatic events currently, explained this to them and was still denied treatment. They will not work with me for my work schedule or for drug court. They scheduled me for times that coincidence with my job and drug court. I've explained this to them several times over the phone and today in person. They say they understand, yet they do nothing to help. This place is a joke. I would NOT recommend anyone going here if you are serious about your recovery and mental health. Because they dont care."
