"This place is awful. The “office manager” is horrid. Very rude, very disorganized. I had this appointment because I have a heart murmur(hole in my heart) and needed a checkup badly. I was told I might have small vessel disease. I had to explain all of these issues to the “office manager” so that she would even TAKE my name and schedule an appointment. She finally did. She scheduled me for a day that the office is closed. Wednesday. I showed up, knocked on the door (there are three doors and signs indicating which door you should knock on) nothing. So I called this afternoon to see what was up, if maybe they scheduled me wrong. Needless to say, I will never come here. I never even made it into the office and I’m running in the other direction. They had no idea who I was. EVEN THOUGH!!! I have their new patient paperwork in my hand. Sent to MY address. With my name written in ink pen. I don’t understand how they can send paperwork to my house but have no idea who I am? They are truly disorganized and the most unprofessional part… the DOCTOR called my phone after I hung up asking if I was going to come in their office and I said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will find someone else for my condition."

"I'm giving this review in real time. My mothers appt was at noon. They didn't bring her back until 1:30. It's now close to 2. The secretary asked her for a copy of her insurance while calling someone else on the phone and completely forgot about her. This is some operation they have set up. This is about the experience in his office. The doctor might be great. I wouldn't know since she's still sitting back there!"

"Dr. Weitzel is kind and a very understanding cardiologist. His office is always clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful walk to his office (located on the second floor). his office is located on the left hand side of the parking lot (when you pull in). Walk to the flag pole, turn left and you can find your way from here. My only.complaint about Dr. Weitzel's office is that someone who works here smokes heavily. After leaving it smells as though we have smoked two cigarettes back to back. That is a big turn off, but other than that, I have never had an issue."
