"Had an emergency last year and when I was recovering I was asked multiple times why I was not on blood thinners and I didn't know I should be. I went for my follow up earlier this year and asked the doc why I was not on blood thinners and he became agitated with me, on my next follow up the receptionist informs they me don't take my specific insurance (even though it's same I have been using with them all along and she had copies of it in my file) very unusual."

"I am beyond disgusted. My mother who was a phlebotomist for 17 years before becoming a cardiac nurse on an open heart floor for 26 years, went in for a stress test and was treated like absolute garbage by the staff. More specifically Christine the nuclear tech. My mothers interaction with Christine was horrific to say the least. Christine apparently has an ego problem because she was having some trouble finding my mothers veins, so my mother very politely explained where her veins are usually found (as she always does at most office visits that require blood draws) so instead of Christine feeling for the vein she started blind sticking my mothers arm. My mother asked if she tried to feel it and Christine’s reply was “No I just stuck it where you said”, in a very condescending tone. Christine then finally put it in a surface vein on my mothers inner wrist. Then Christine decided she would point her finger in my mothers face and tell her she has been doing this for 20 years in the office and doesn’t appreciate my mother insulting her. WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND ABUSIVE, DR. Mahjoub, you are seeing patients with heart conditions maybe you should re evaluate your staff and the way they treat your patients when you are not around. I promise you I am filling patient abuse complaints with the state against Christine your nuclear tech."

"Dr Majoub is the best cardiologist I have ever met. He has saved my husband's life twice. Jims lad was 100 % blocked. Dr Majoub explained everything to us. That was 21 yrs ago. Jim was supposed to take calestrol medication but he was young and didn't take it. Now he had 4 blockages elsewhere so he had stents put in. And now he is doing just fine. Dr Mahjoub took very good care of my husband. My mother before she past went to Dr Mahjoub and loved him. I'll tell u what I have 2 grown children that I love with my entire life. And if either one of them had a heart problem I KNOW FOR A FACT I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM GO TO THIS WONDERFUL DOCTOR. GOD BLESS U DR. MAHJOUB AND THANK U SO MUCH FOR TAKING EXECLENT CARE OF MY HUSBAND"

"I quit seeing Dr Mahjoub because despite quitting smoking and losing 20 pounds he refused to consider an ablation to treat my Atrial Fibrillation because he wanted me to lose more weight and would rather pump me full of medicine with all kinds of unpleasant side effects. Since leaving him and seeking treatment elsewhere (and actually getting an ablation) I have lost an additional 27 pounds and currently only take a blood thinner just to be on the safe side. Funny what happens when you don't withhold treatment."

"His 1st priority is making money. Very careless especially when it comes to prescribing new heart medications. He treated my dad and had him take 7 different heart meds. He almost killed my dad from a reaction to one of his heart medications because he failed to review my dads other meds he is taking for gout. Please I urge you guys to seek 2nd and 3rd medical opinions. I recommed Dr. Collier in the Cleveland Clinic Heart Treatment Center. He diagnosed my dad and decided his heart was not as bad and my dad did not need 7 heart medications. Now my dad in on onw heart medication and feels greater than ever. Thanks for reading my review."
