"I had an appointment set and waited three weeks to get in. I was referred to this doctor by a specialist. The office of Dr. Becker waits until ONE HOUR before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had to cancel as the doctor didn't want to accept my case. I just found this to be extremely rude. I am not even upset about him not accepting my case! His office should have called sooner to inform me so I could have made other arrangements."
"If I could give a zero star I would. Currently sitting in the office with the extremely rude staff and doctor. My husband was involved in a semi truck accident on October 19 2017 and has short term memory loss. I was unable to go back to the exam room with him because the doctors exact words are "I don't like children they are a distraction." We have been patiently waiting for over an hour for our scheduled time. Now my 1 year old and 3 year old are very upset they could not go back with daddy. We are sitting in a lobby full of people during a meltdown. The receptionist slammed her privacy door shut cause my one year old was crying. This has been the absolutly worst experience I have ever been through with a doctor. I will definitely be reporting him to the hospital he works for. This was completely unacceptable behavior for a NEUROLOGIST when my husband has short term memory loss and cannot recall his own actions. We will definitely wait for another referral. Once again cannot believe the amount of disgust this doctor had towards our children that at the time were behaving."
