She specializes in working with children, teens, and adults, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and various creative therapies. She also has expertise in supporting the LGBTQIA population, particularly trans clients during their transitions.

Dr. Mihalcin

Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist

With over 25 years in the mental health field, Dr. Mihalcin excels in improving behaviors across various settings using evidence-based strategies. His extensive experience includes working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and maintaining compliance with Joint Commission standards. He is also a national presenter in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Heather McCaslin, MA, LPCC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Heather employs a systemic, collaborative, and strength-based approach in her therapy, addressing cultural, ethnic, and economic concerns. Her methods include family systems, CBT, and Adlerian theories to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for clients to process and heal.

Dr. Pondillo

Licensed Psychologist

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Pondillo specializes in the assessment and treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities. He has been an adjunct professor of Psychology at Youngstown State University for nearly three decades.

Matthew

Matthew brings a decade of experience in various mental health roles. He holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Forensic Psychology. Licensed in Ohio, he continues to serve children, adolescents, and adults with a range of emotional and psychological disturbances.
