"Everything that's wrong with our medical system. This place is only interested in their bottom line and they don't care if that's at the expense of an Insurance company, Medicare or your pocket. Saw them 1 time for plantar facitis and now I have a 700.00 bill and plantar facitis! The icing on the whole thing was a "boot" that they told us should be worn 20 minutes a day to stretch the tendon. Did they warn us that the boot was 310.00? Nope. Did they tell us the same exact thing on Amazon is 27.99? No again. And when we discovered this and called and begged them to let us return it because we couldn't afford it they told us that we couldn't because of Covid protocols. Yes right, orthopedic boots are a big problem in the spread of Covid. Save yourself and go anywhere else. How can you trust them for your medical care if you can't trust them to be decent human beings!"

"Can be a wait and takes a minute to get prescriptions called in. But he's helped me and has made sure I'm comfortable throughout the 3 surgeries and injuries I acquired from accidents not related to surgeries. Doctor is very nice."

"Just sat and waited for over an hour for an appointment to get a boot for a broken foot, ended up cancelling the appointment because they decided it would be a brilliant idea to overbook due to the dr going on vacation soon. “How much longer will it be?” “Oh, I couldn’t tell you that.” Very Professional."

"I went here because my ankle had been continuously spraining over and over for the last year and when he checked me out he said I had no broken bones so beings my insurance was running out because I was switching jobs he said to come back and he would give me a MRI that he could do no more without it. He could better see the muscles so a year later I go back still having the same problems and he does the same thing checks for a broken bone even though a year ago it was fine then tells me beings the pain is not any worse that he sees no reason to do anything and told me my insurance wont cover the MRI. I think it was because I had the states insurance Medicaid so I call insurance company and they tell me they will cover anything he writes up but then he still says no to the test but wants to see me again???? I found out he cant rip off the states insurance like the others so thats why he did not want to do anything so I had no option but to go somewhere else. All I wanted was a MRI to find out whats wrong and to get it taken care of. If you have Caresource dont go here they will not help you."
